    Sales Representative: Trauma

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives
    • Assist in implementing market development and field marketing activities
    • Schedule appointments and makes sales presentations to customers
    • Develop customer and product focused presentation packages for sales
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
    • Make regular visits to customer locations to capture information on orders and market conditions
    • Manage assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget
    • Check with logistics to ensure product availability
    • Implement national, regional and local promotional activities that are designed to advance sales in specific product lines or areas
    • Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction
    • Assist in making sales forecasts for business planning by account and submits to management
    • Prepare sales reports and documents as required
    • Relay relevant market information to management
    • Represent the company to the customer as a knowledgeable consultant in the selection of all our products.
    • Acquire, maintain and use product knowledge and application knowledge for all products and procedures including competitors.

    Job Qualifications

    • Relevant Tertiary Degree/Diploma

    Experience and Skills:

    • Minimum 3 years of Sales experience within Trauma or similar areas
    • Proven track record of sales success
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent customer relationship management
    • Strong financial acumen
    • Compliant and CREDO driven person
