    Sales Representative: Used Vehicles at Motus Isuzu (Isuzu Bloemfontein)

    Job Summary:

    • Motus Isuzu (Isuzu Bloemfontein) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help us sell high-quality used vehicles.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the automotive industry and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure their complete satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
    • Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our used vehicles
    • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
    • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
    • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team

    Qualifications:

    • Matric Certificate or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or marketing is a plus
    • Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
