You will play a pivotal role in the efficient processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment. Your exceptional customer support skills will shine as you address inquiries and build strong relationships with their valued customers.
You’ll be the backbone of their data management efforts, maintaining accurate customer databases and generating insightful reports.
Collaboration is at the heart of what you do, working closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Your administrative support will contribute to the overall success of the sales department, from scheduling appointments to handling general tasks.
