Sales Support Associate at CDW

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the correct process for accurately completing the following activities within our systems: Quotations or quotation within customer margin policy, delivery address set up, order entry, order management including: 
• Liaising with Customer Services to log tickets 
• Customer purchase order management 
• Customer back-order Management 
• Build a solid relationship with our customers, ensuring you are actively reviewing and identifying any potential spend patterns, 
• Executing and delivering internal and external facing reports including: 
• Customer SLA reporting 
• Back Order reports 
• Serial numbers 
• Knowledge and understanding of our core Vendors and their associated portals 
• Identify process enhancements for the business 
• Support the production of statement of works and their subsequent operational management 

Qualifications, Skills and experience

• Proven track record of supporting sellers resulting in revenue growth 
• Experience within a sales support role  
• Strong understanding and experience of the full sales process  
• Experience in building relationships and engaging with multiple internal business units 
• Detailed knowledge in the use of CRM systems, ERP solutions and reporting tools 
• Curiosity, wanting to understand the Why?
