Sales Support Officer at Signify

What you’ll do

• This role supports the sales organization to develop or validate Deal/Special Price Agreement/Promotion conditions/Project Quote ensuring completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in time

• Develops standard reports and commercial analysis to support the sales performance management (using systems SFDC, SAC, SAP and WAVE)

Operational

• Support the sales organization, internal and external, in the development or validation of Deal/Special Price Agreement/Promotion conditions/Project Quote ensuring completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in atime

• Adhere to the quote/deal/pricing/promotion process, including the pricing compliance policy

• Support sales plan management including phase in-phase out and promotion alignment

• Support the Agents management including compliance and performance process (where required)

Financial

• Support Sales and Margin

• Productivity gains

Customer

• Drive for high levels of customer satisfaction

• Support customers’ sales process

• Execute activities to improve collaboration with customer

• Support the process of disputes with customers

• Activate the qualification activity of Leads

• Support Sales with Training and performance management of the quoting process

• Defines and builds required capabilities to drive performance

• Drive integrity & compliance with GBP
