Deep understanding of SAP Master Data, especially in the SAP areas of Business Partner and Finance Business
Experience with drafting policies and procedures
Strong data analysis skills
Intuitive, with ability to anticipate and interpret complex issues impacting functional area
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity to simplicity
Master Data Stewardship Perform data profiling to identify duplicates, incompleteness, inconsistencies and other quality issues
Work with solution owners, functional data stewards and the data migration team to remedy residual data migration issues
Facilitate the development of governance standards, policies, and guidelines for Business Partner, Finance and Contracts master data across the organisation
Collaborate with functional data stewards to refine and update these standards as needed, based on functional feedback and business requirements
Identify and report compliance- and operational risks related to master data
Oversee data quality at a detail level, focusing on the consistency of Material master data across functions
Work with functional data stewards to investigate and solve issues that affect specific processes or reports
Perform data cleaning activities and mass updates resulting from business changes. in collaboration with the business
Works closely with cross-functional teams to establish a single source of truth for master data
Compile training material on master data processes across functional teams
Provide enablement and training to end-users that are involved with any aspect of master data creation
