SAP Specialist HCM/PY - Finance - IS&T at Palabora Mining Company (PMC)

 Key responsibilities will include:            

• Providing Tier 2 support for PMC SAP HCM, PY, T&D and OM modules and implementing system changes.
• Provide Tier 2 support for SuccessFactors.
• Participating in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Assist users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assisting in the design and development of a new system functionality in the scope of SAP HCM, PY, T&D and OM modules.
• Supporting the enhancement and/or modification of interfaces of the PMC SAP system with other systems, both external and internal (SARS, UIF, Pension Fund, etc.)
• Support all custom developed applications within SAP.
• Drafting training material and conducting training sessions for end-users.
• Assisting and working closely with technical team in resolving end-users’ incidents.

 Qualifications & Experience:

• National Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, information systems or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office Package (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
• SAP Certified Functional Consultant (Certification in SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA).
• Project Management Qualification will be advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP HCM/Payroll business processes.
