Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience across SAP SuccessFactors. The role offers the opportunity to influence and advise across multiple teams, guide key decisions, and deliver solutions that create meaningful impact for a range of stakeholders through collaborative engagement and functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide solution development
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate approaches
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder needs
• Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
• Leverage deep functional, industry, and offering expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value

• SAP SuccessFactors platform expertise

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or relevant related skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• Advanced proficiency in Accenture Ecosystem Strategy advantageous
• Advanced proficiency in Cloud Enabled Customer Data Architecture advantageous
• Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis advantageous
• Intermediate proficiency in Solution Design advantageous
