Summary:

• The Delivery & Growth Lead (Senior Manager) will be responsible for leading, growing, and managing the SATIC consulting team, driving high-quality delivery, strong client relationships, and commercial growth across the practice.
• The successful candidate will bring a strong, proven background in management consulting or professional services leadership. Deep prior expertise in Consumer or Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is not required — the priority is demonstrated experience leading consulting teams, engagements, and client relationships at a senior level, with the ability to quickly build credibility in SATIC's specialist domain.
• The role combines people leadership, client and business development, and delivery oversight, ensuring the SATIC team consistently delivers exceptional outcomes for clients while growing as a practice.

Responsibilities of role:

Consulting Leadership and Team Management

• Lead, manage, and grow the SATIC consulting team including Managers, Senior Associates and Associates.
• Define the strategic direction, priorities, and operating model for the SATIC team.
• Build a high-performing team culture centred on quality, collaboration, and commercial impact.
• Oversee resourcing, capacity planning, and allocation of consultants across client engagements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development across the team.
• Coach and mentor team members, strengthening consulting capability and technical excellence.
• Act as the escalation point for delivery, resourcing, and people-related issues within the practice.

Client and Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across commercial, technology, and executive functions.
• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor on key client engagements.
• Understand client strategic priorities and shape consulting solutions that address their needs.
• Manage client expectations regarding scope, timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Represent the SATIC practice in client meetings, steering committees, and executive presentations.
• Identify and develop opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand engagement scope.

Business Development and Commercial Growth

• Drive the commercial growth of the SATIC practice, including new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
• Lead the development of proposals, business cases, statements of work, and client pitches.
• Contribute to pricing, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell consulting services.
• Build the practice's market profile through thought leadership, networking, and industry engagement.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial management of the practice.

Practice and Capability Development

• Define and evolve the strategic direction of the SATIC consulting offering.
• Build reusable methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, and consulting assets.
• Promote knowledge-sharing and best practice across the team.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging consulting practices relevant to SATIC.
• Champion continuous improvement in consulting methods, tools, and delivery approaches.
• Partner with other practice leads and firms to develop integrated, cross-functional solutions for clients.

Governance, Quality, and Risk Management

• Ensure engagements comply with internal governance, quality, and risk management standards.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for consulting deliverables.
• Ensure appropriate controls around data security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance within the SATIC team.

Experience required:

• Extensive experience (10–15 years) in management consulting or professional services, with a proven track record of leading teams and engagements.
• Significant experience leading and growing a consulting practice, team, or business unit.
• Strong track record managing senior client relationships and delivering complex, high-value consulting engagements.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, potentially spanning strategy, analytics, technology, or change management.
• Experience driving business development, including proposal writing, pitching, closing new business, and growing existing accounts.
• Experience managing budgets, commercial targets, or P&L for a practice or business unit.
• Experience working across multiple industries and sectors would be beneficial.
• Consumer, Revenue Growth Management, or analytics/data science domain experience would be advantageous, but is not essential — strong consulting leadership experience is the priority.

Qualifications / Certifications required:

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline would be advantageous.
• An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
• Relevant consulting, leadership, or management certifications would be beneficial.
