Scala Engineer

- Job Field ICT / Computer
You will be:
- Developing and monitoring tools for system fault detection.
- Developing software in a continuous deployment environment.
- Providing feedback to various/ relevant stakeholders to ensure high quality outcomes.
- Providing 3rd line application supports.
You will need:
- Understanding and experience in Scala and a JVM environment.
- Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience in developing HTTP - based API's and implementing RESTful services.
- Experience with PUSH technologies - Example Akka, Web Sockets, SIgnal IR.
- Comunication technologies - and message queries.
- Working experience with UI frameworks.
Advantageous experience:
- Cloud technologies - AWS, GCP or Azure
- Understanding concurrency or distributed systems.
