Minimum matric/Grade 12 Certificate / senior Certificate. Relevant post matric qualification will be an added advantage. No experience required.
knowledge: Departmental Procedures and Policies, Supply Chain Procedures and Administrative procedures relating to an office.
Good Communication skills. Knowledge of relevant Acts (PFMA, Treasury Regulations).
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, work in a team and preparedness to assist with stock taking when required. Sound Interpersonal relations. Conflict management skill. Planning & organising.
Duties :
Receive and verify goods from suppliers. Assist in receiving and issuing stock in/from warehouse. Loading and offloading of stock in the warehouse. Reconcile the quantity of stock delivered with the end user.
Assist in Management of stock control in different warehouses. Assist team members during the stocktaking, in counting of stock and capturing. Assist in warehouse with monthly reconciliation. Receive & verify goods from suppliers
