Minimum Qualifications 

• National Diploma in Supply Chain Management 
• Minimum of 4-5 years working experience in supply chain management.

KEY PERFORMANCE / MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THIS ROLE 

• Conduct Bid Preparation 
• Maintain Procedures, Systems and Controls, which includes drafting, implementation and monitoring of the entity’s procurement plan to ensure that all requisition needs are adequately planned and initiated within an acceptable lead time. 
• Ensure compliance and enhancement of the SCM policy and processes for implementation/awareness/training throughout the entity. 
• Conducting Demand Analysis 
• Processing of Acquisition, Appointment and Contractual Agreements 
• Manage stakeholder Relations 
• Coordinate document control and reporting 
• Facilitate Enterprise and Supplier Development 
• Managing supplier Performance 
• Reporting on SCM compliance 
• Processing of asset disposal 
• Managing Contracts and Lease Agreements 
• Staff management and development
