Your responsibilities will include ensuring that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices as adapted by our client, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes and eliminating team impediments. You will work closely with the Product Team, Development Team and Quality Assurance Team to ensure successful implementation of products.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant field preferred
Certified Scrum Master
2 to 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
Experience in the Property industry will be beneficial
Working knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions
