Job Primary Purpose

• The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for cleaning the kitchens and to help with ingredient preparation and cooking as required. The incumbent will offer support services to cooks and chefs in the kitchen. The incumbent will ensure food safety during preparation and service.

• Kitchen and food service area maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 10.
• 1-year relevant experience in mass catering will be an added advantage.
