An appropriate National Certificate / Grade 12 Certificate. National Certificate in Office Administration / Management Secretarial Certificate will be an added advantage. Computer Literate.Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Proficiency in all Secretarial / Office Administration duties.
Must be self-driven individual. Good time management skills and ability to attend to multiple responsibilities. Ability to handle various task and meet deadlines. Be prepared to go an extra mile. Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings. A proficiency test will be conducted for the shortlisted candidates.
Duties :
Responsible for the minute taking for the executive meetings. Providing meeting coordination and administration services. Provide minutes, resolutions and action tracking for review and approval.
Maintaining orderly, accurate and secure electronic and physical records of agenda, minutes and resolutions. Communicate action decision and frequency of meetings held and communicate action items and deadlines to responsible officials. Ensure that the office is equipped with necessary needs and stationery.
