Section Engineer Production

Job Description:
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Recommend
- Maintenance of assets
- Site specific standard
- Budget Management
Input
- Major shutdowns
Decide:
- Plant projects (within limit of authority)
Execute:
- Legal compliance responsibilities
- Manage plant rotables
- Carry out 1st ,2nd and 3rd line maintenance at plant
- Plant projects
- Construct, install and maintain electrical, mechanical and instrumentation equipment
- This role is at a Band 6 level reporting to the Senior Manager Engineering
Qualifications:
- Engineering related degree – BSc Engineering
- BSc/BEng in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage
- Government Certificate of competency – Factories is preferred
Experience
- Five years post Engineering qualification experience
- Experience in an Electrical role will be an added advantage
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Proficiency in English
