    Selling Sales Manager - Mahindra Vredenburg

    Job Advert Summary    

    • We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Selling Sales Manager to join our Mahindra Vredenburg pre-owned sales team.
    • As Selling Sales Manager, you will be a pivotal figure in our sales operations, overseeing and guiding our sales team to achieve and exceed targets, and developing, and implementing sales strategies.  Your leadership and expertise will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Min Grade 12
    • At least 5 years’ experience in automotive sales (Pre-owned highly advantageous)
    • Minimum 2 years experience in managerial/supervisory role
    • Strong understanding of automotive industry dynamics and sales processes.
    • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide a sales team to success.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions based on market insights.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Plan and implement sales activities to achieve & exceed monthly sales targets
    • Stock procurement - Source vehicles and potential sellers
    • Stock management, aging and trade units
    • Valuation and pricing of trade-ins
    • Reconditioning of vehicles
    • Develop and implement Marketing Initiatives
    • Manage customer relationships and customer satisfaction
    • Manage Finances, administration and reporting of your department
    • Conduct resource planning and development
    • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve objectives
    • Adhere to Dealer and Company Standards
