Senior Account Executive at Salt South Africa

• This role is for someone who knows that great sales doesn’t feel like selling. It feels like understanding, advising, and delivering something that actually works.
• You’ll be working with senior marketing decision makers, guiding them through real challenges around brand, growth, and execution, and helping them land on solutions that make sense for their business.
• You’ll own the full sales journey, from the first conversation through to close, with the support of a collaborative, high performing team around you.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading consultative sales conversations with marketing and business leaders
• Managing opportunities end to end, from discovery to close
• Converting inbound leads into long term customer relationships
• Understanding brand and marketing challenges and shaping tailored solutions
• Collaborating closely with sales leadership, marketing, and internal specialists
• Building trusted, lasting client relationships
