Senior Administrator - Back Office Transaction Processing at Apex Group

Description

The primary responsibility of the Senior Administrator – Transaction Processing is ensuring that all client trades that are captured  by clients are accurately  processed in the relevant Apex systems. In addition, ensuring all transactions captured from all sources are integrated through all necessary systems.  

Job specification  

• Accurate processing of client transactions into NX Manager via t-loaders;
• Accurate capture and processing of External Asset Manager (EAM) trades;
• Reconciliation of all EAM holdings positions to ensure trade capture has been accurately completed;
• Reconciliation and alignment of all positions between NX Manager and InvestOne to ensure successful integration;
• Assisting new and less experienced administrators in ensuring processes are completed within SLA;
• Supporting the Team Leaders and Specialists to drive new client take-ons and initiatives;

Skills Required:

• The position will require someone with a relevant diploma or degree;
• Preference will be given to applicants who have Asset Management experience;
• An understanding of Financial Markets;
• A proven detailed understanding of transaction processing with at least 2 to 3 years “hands-on “ experience;
• Experience with one or both of NX Manager and InvestOne systems;
• Strong numerical and analytical skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Able and keen to work in a team environment;
• Good communication skills;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Confident and Enthusiastic;
