Key Responsibilities

• Perform servitude, land acquisition.
• Facilitate the route/site selection process for powerlines and substations.
• Provide project management document and data control.
• Investigate cadastral and title deeds and determine land values.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to legislation and other statutory requirements.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):

• B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma/National Higher Diploma in Geomatics/Surveying/Geographic Information Science/Town and Regional Planning/Property Valuation/Law/Environmental Management at NQF7 with 360 credits

Experience:

• 5 years’ experience in land and rights
