The successful candidate will manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural projects, timelines, and budgets
Produce detailed designs, drawings, and specifications in Revit
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication
Support the success of the practice through dedication and initiative
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in architecture
BTech in Architecture or BArch degree
Proven experience across all architectural work stages
Strong technical skills, including construction detailing and project coordination
Proficient in Revit for detailed design and documentation
Knowledge of municipal legislation, building codes, and high-end residential projects
