Senior Architectural Technologist

• Our esteemed client, a prominent Architectural firm headquartered in Hatfield, Pretoria, stands as a leader in the industry, specialising in a diverse array of built environment projects. With a commitment to excellence, they are currently in search of a Qualified Architectural Technologist to enhance their dynamic team. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 8 years' experience as an Architect within the Construction environment.

Minium Requirements:

• Matric.
• Essential: SACAP registration.
• Relevant Tertiary qualification.
• Essential: Vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
• Software Proficiency: Lumion, Indesign, Enscape, Photoshop and Revit.
• Portfolio to be submitted with application.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Involvement

• 8 years' experience in architectural roles, actively participating in projects from Work Stage 1 to 6.
• Manage and coordinate architectural projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Residential and Commercial Design

• Demonstrate competence in both residential and commercial design, contributing to a varied portfolio.

Project Diversity

• Showcase experience in Retail and Corporate offices.

Team Collaboration

• Be a team player, actively contributing to collaborative efforts within the organisation.
• Demonstrate a systems-driven approach and adherence to project deadlines.

Design Development

• Lead or contribute to the design development process, translating conceptual ideas into detailed architectural plans and drawings.

Site Investigations

• Conduct thorough site investigations, gathering essential information for project briefs and design considerations.

Quality Control

• Implement and uphold quality control measures throughout the project life cycle, ensuring design integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Deadline Adherence

• Adhere to project deadlines, managing time efficiently to deliver work on schedule.
