Senior Assessment Consultant at Nedbank

• Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology (Master’s Degree will be advantageous)

Essential Certifications

• Registered with the HPCSA as a Psychometrist or Psychologist

Type of Exposure

• Administering assessments to job candidates;
• Analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data;
• Writing integrated assessment reports and providing verbal feedback on results;
• Coordinating assessment activities between candidates and third party vendors;
• Selecting assessment instruments;
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Developing assessment and evaluation procedures for employee selection or promotion processes;
• Influencing stakeholders to obtain buy-in for concepts and ideas;
• Consulting with different clients / business units to evaluate needs and recommend solutions;
• Managing conflict situations;
• Implementing and monitoring policy and processes in accordance with the constitution and employment laws;
• Displaying high levels of ethics, integrity and confidentiality;
• Mapping competencies with assessment instruments;

Minimum Experience Level

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in assessment environment of which 2 years must be in a consultative role
