Senior Associate - Business Development Management at SC Johnson

Overview:

Reporting to Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating, building and maintaining sound business relationships through implementation of brand and product range development strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Display space, in-store promotions and negotiate orders using the Fixed advertising spends on the Trading terms.
• Implementing and managing sales targets, category management implementation within hybrid stores
• Strategically manage customer profitability
• Deliver sales target and market share
• Budget management through GTN
• Monthly & quarterly reviews to customers
• Trading Terms/Promotional spends negotiations
• Execution of RTM plan
• Successful implementation and visibility and availability of SCJ portfolio in the emerging market
• Successful launch/listings and 100% distribution of NPD within emerging market
• Managing Buying Group Members and Developing Penetrative Distribution

Experience you’ll bring:

• At least 5 years’ Experience in an FMCG Environment
• A BCom Degree or IMM Higher Diploma in Sales and Marketing
