Senior Audit Manager at CA Financial Appointments

• An incredible international relocation opportunity is available for a CA(SA) qualified Senior Audit Manager to join a Big4 firm abroad. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects and programs across teams
• Plan and ensure appropriate deployment of proficiencies, tools, and capabilities within the engagement team
• Supervise and review team members’ work, and provide stretch assignments to advance their skills
• Lead onboarding efforts and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Utilize tools internal audit tools and embed the firm's methodology as standard practice
• Develop audit strategy and execute risk assessments, ensuring compliance with audit
• Lead consultations on high-risk or sensitive technical issues and prepare auditor’s reports
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships
• Participate in audit retention and growth programs
• Develop and deliver innovative, repeatable solutions to enhance client service 

Requirements:

• CA(SA), with 5-10 years of experience in Big4 specialising in financial services
• This is a relocation opportunity (not remote)
