    Senior Audit Specialist / Senior Internal Investigations Specialist

    The Legal Compliance & Integrity Office (LCIO) is a part of the Global Finance & Administration Board area, and reports to both SAP SE’s Global CFO and the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board. Our mission is to advance SAP’s business goals by promoting a culture of integrity, and by mitigating a defined set of legal risks. Our focus includes compliance with the FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), UK Bribery Act, and other global anti-corruption and bribery laws, anti-competition compliance (in tandem with field legal), intellectual property compliance and export controls regulations’ support with other key departments.
    Group Chief Compliance Officer and Head of LCIO, Vivianne Gordon-Pullar, reports directly to the Executive Board Member, Luka Mucic. The Senior Audit Specialist/Senior Investigations Specialist will report to the Head of Investigations EMEA. The Senior Audit Specialist/Senior Investigations Specialist will perform internal investigations in the area of but not limited to fraud, bribery, corruption, side letters etc and will work closely with Field Compliance Officers, the Partner Audit, other colleagues from LCIO and the Corporate Audit Team.

    Eduction And Qualifications/Skills And Competencies

    • Bachelor’s degree from business or law school or related field
    • Highly-structured work approach, quick comprehension, ability to understand highly complex topics and interdependencies
    • Comprehensive business experience and understanding of SAP’s strategy
    • Analytical, communication skills and networking skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Open, friendly, creative personality with service-oriented professional attitude
    • SAP knowledge in SAP’s business applications highly desirable

    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

    • Manage investigations in the location Johannesburg, South Africa
    • Liaise and effectively collaborate with the LCIO team and SAP stakeholders
    • Prepare and present information to management at internal and external meetings in high quality and with little guidance
    • Resolve issues of high complexity and across teams
    • Develop collaborative work relationships within the CBG, LCIO and across board areas and functions

    Work Experience

    • Knowledge and expertise in the legal or audit field
    • Preferably 3+ years of experience in relevant position or areas
    • 2 years in a relevant function in the internal control system environment, Legal or Finance
    • Very good understanding of SAP´s strategy, the different Lines of Business at SAP and LCIO concepts
    • Comprehensive investigations expertise and experience
