Senior Auditor at Marvel Placement Consultant

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Completed 3 years of articles with a recognised accounting firm.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant auditing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 5 employees.
• Proficiency in CaseWare and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Plan and execute audit engagements from start to finish, including risk assessment, developing audit strategies, and reporting findings.
• Review the work of junior auditors and provide guidance and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to clients, offering actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
• Collaborate with management on special projects and other duties as required.
