AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller - Highways to be based in South Africa's Enterprise Capabilities office in Cape Town . This position will support a team locally based in South Africa and Global Teams. As a part of AECOM's culture, it offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement which accommodates both office and out-of-office work schedules.
The Senior BIM Modeller applies knowledge within an area to a project to solve straightforward problems and is also able to apply that knowledge to typical solutions
An advanced user in Autodesk Civil 3D (Civils), or similar, who can draw/model with limited supervision having the ability to create content within a specific discipline. Must also be an advanced user in other core discipline specific software.

Works independently and collaboratively with moderate level of guidance
Work is regularly reviewed by supervisors and more senior team members
Contributes within an area of knowledge on a project, solving a range of straightforward problems, and applying that knowledge to atypical assignments
Analyzes and applies solutions to typical issues within area of expertise within a sub-group or team within their function, business unit or technical discipline, using standard operating procedures/methodologies as a basis
Qualifications
Here is what we are looking for:
3 Years' + experience with modelling software in an highways/roads engineering design environment.
Grade 12, 2 years ITI Diploma in Drafting or 3 years Diploma course in Engineering preferable.
