Senior Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant at Snatch.work

• We're seeking a young and enthusiastic Senior Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant to join a fast growing, medium sized Cloud Accounting and Consulting practice in Edenvale, Gauteng. The practice provides SME’s with accounting and related services. The practice places a high emphasis on a fun, but hard - working work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Processing of financial transactions – cashbooks; journals etc
• Reconciliations of cashbooks; bank and General Ledgers.
• Accounts payable and reconciliations.
• Debtor invoicing.
• Ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.

Desired Qualification & Experience:

• You will have a BCom Accounting Degree; or Diploma or Certificate in Accounting/Bookkeeping from a recognized tertiary educational institution.
• Proficient in XERO; and exposure to Hubdoc and Dext advantageous.
• You will probably have spent some time performing accounting work for clients, while you were employed by an accounting practice.
• Role is client facing, and strong communication skills are a must, and you must enjoy people inter – action.
