    Senior Brand Manager PHC RSA

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand strategies that align with P&G's overall business objectives, ensuring brand growth, market share expansion, and increased consumer loyalty.
    • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet consumer needs, quality standards, and market trends.
    • Packaging and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling packaging and design concepts that effectively communicate brand positioning and resonate with target consumers.
    • Communication and Advertising: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, enhance brand equity, and drive consumer engagement across various channels, including traditional and digital media.
    • Value Proposition and Pricing: Define and optimize the brand's value proposition, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
    • In-Store Execution: Work closely with retail partners and sales teams to ensure effective in-store execution, including shelf presence, merchandising, and promotional activities, to drive brand visibility and sales.
    • Consumer Insights: Utilize market research, consumer insights, and data analytics to gain a deep understanding of consumer behaviors, preferences, and trends, leveraging these insights to develop impactful brand strategies.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members, enabling their professional growth and success.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry and pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong understanding of brand building principles and strategies, with a track record of successfully driving brand growth and market share expansion.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.
