Senior Business Analyst at Optimi Learning

BUSINESS ANALYST

• Optimi is looking for a highly analytical individual with strong managerial skills to join a team as a Business Analyst. The successful candidate should have exposure to Stakeholder Management and Project Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferably Industrial Engineering). Further Studies in Project management would be advantageous.
• A Minimum of 6 years’ experience.
• Must be computer Literate (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, Projects and SQL would be an asset).
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Own Transport (Beneficial).

Duties:

• Defining and developing detailed project plans.
• Managing the project budget.
• Identifying areas for improvement, facilitating workshops, preparing detailed specifications and business cases as well as developing solutions that are cost-effective, efficient and scalable.
• Identifying key stakeholders and ensure buy-in and alignment. Furthermore, track and report on project milestones with regular feedback to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Managing challenges around the project and escalating issues along with high risks when necessary.
• Prioritizing tasks from applying a systematic approach to problem-solving to contributing strategic business goals and contributing to the broader project team.

The position is based in Centurion. Please note that preference will be given to candidates with the required experience.
