About the Role

• We are seeking a highly seasoned Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organizational ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Liaison & Translation: Act as the central bridge between organizational units, translating complex business needs into actionable IT capabilities and vice versa.
• Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Lead deep-dive elicitation sessions to uncover the true root needs of stakeholders, cutting through noise to find the core opportunities.
• Solution Recommendation: Analyse organizational structures and policies to propose robust, scalable solutions that align perfectly with business strategy.
• Complex Project Delivery: Navigate ambiguity and manage business analysis activities across multiple large-scale, high-risk initiatives concurrently.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine operational workflows to boost efficiency and support organizational change.

Experience & Technical Skills

• FTI BA certification
• 10+ Years of Core Business Analysis Experience: Deep practical experience with repeated practice performing BA techniques across a variety of complex business situations.
• Agile Delivery Mastery: Extensive experience thriving in fast-paced, Agile working environments.
• Multi-Project Handling: A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering on multiple major initiatives concurrently.
• Domain Expertise: Experience within the Banking and Credit sectors is highly preferable.
• Process Analysis: Strong background in end-to-end process mapping and optimization is preferred.
