Senior Business Analyst at Paracon

Summary:

• You will be facilitating effective and competitive business processes by eliciting, analysing, validating and documenting business organisational and/or operational requirements.

To apply, you need to have a relevant 3-year Degree/Diploma and an FTI Diploma will be highly desirable.

You need the following experience:

• 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis within the Supply Chain / Distribution / Wholesale industry;
• 5 years’ experience in ERP systems;
• 2-3 years’ experience in the Retail industry; and,
• Pharmaceutical wholesale experience will be advantageous.

It’s important that you have solid Business Analysis, design methodologies and project participation knowledge, combined with a commercial and business understanding of the broader retail industry.

You will have to rely on your business acumen and you must be familiar with business modelling tools (preferably ARIS), business analysis and elicitation techniques, and customer service methodologies.

The ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations together with strong analysing, persuading, influencing, presentation, communication, writing and reporting skills, will allow you the opportunity to excel in this role.
