We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to play a key role in designing and implementing service model frameworks, improving business processes, and optimizing client service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
Service Model Design & Implementation – Develop and refine service frameworks to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Business Process Optimization – Identify gaps, improve workflows, and implement best practices for streamlined operations.
Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with key stakeholders, including client engagement teams, call center operations, and regulatory teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilize business process modeling, data analysis, and reporting to drive strategic insights.
Technology & Agile Methodologies – Leverage Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools to manage projects efficiently.
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic environment.
Proven experience in service model frameworks, client service delivery optimization
and business process improvements.
Exposure to policy administration systems (strong advantage).
Familiarity with client engagement services, call centers, and regulatory reporting is a plus.
Strong technical skills in business process modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience with Agile methodologies, including Jira & Confluence.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
