Support relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders;
Serve as a liaison for vendor management & 3rd party management;
Obtain stakeholder buy-in when delivering new solutions;
Act as the intermediary between business and IT & Innovation delivery teams;

Provide progress and status reporting to all stakeholders;
Obtain proficiency in operational systems relevant to projects to a level that assists with problem solving & solution design;

Leverage available tools & platforms for enhanced solutioning;
Engage in problem analysis and resolution, continuous evaluation of current systems and processes with the objective of creating a unique customer service experience;

Contribute towards the Innovation roadmap;
Design control systems to minimise costs and production issues on a holistic view;
Understand organisational goals and based upon them, design and create requirements for elegant solutions that serve the needs of multiple constituencies simultaneously;
Follow the lean project methodology to co-ordinate project activities;
Implement the project plan & perform quality control on solutions designed;
Sufficiently test implemented solutions to reduce errors & incidents;
Ensure change management is considered in all solutions;
Ensure projects are sufficiently closed with all documentation filed & lessons learnt acknowledged;
Ensure Change Management is incorporated in all solutions by facilitating Train the Trainers & providing implementation support;
Lead design-thinking by linking complex problems to create enterprise solutions;
Identify impactful business optimisation opportunities;
Anticipate future trends or challenges and contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the areas in which you are involved;
Design processes with the purpose of increasing productivity, eliminating wastefulness, saving time, reducing costs, and ensuring quality standards are maintained;
Contribute to the creation of standards & frameworks to enhance standardisation of output;
Apply DMAIC approach to business optimisation initiatives.
Requirements
B.Eng Industrial Engineering (Essential);
Honours Industrial Engineering (Advantageous);
Green belt or higher in Lean Six Sigma (Advantageous);
5 years + experience in Process Improvement (Essential);
Project Management experience (Advantageous);
Must be passionate and knowledgeable about continuous improvement;
Knowledge of mathematical modelling, simulation modelling and optimization;
Extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices.
