    Customer Service Agent (GRJ)

    Description

    • Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings and flight changes including explaining rules, terms and conditions, regulations and procedures as and when required;
    • Assist customers when there are flight disruptions and/or cancellations;
    • Handle and safeguard of confidential information;
    • Address any complaints in a professional and timeous manner;
    • Escalate any problematic issues to the Supervisor on duty;
    • Provide professional Customer service at all times.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent;
    • Airport and ticket sales experience;

    Senior Business Optimisation Engineer

    Description

    • Support relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders;
    • Serve as a liaison for vendor management & 3rd party management;

    Project Controller: Aircraft Fleet Management

    Description

    • Ensure all administrative data is kept up to date throughout the contractual periods;
    • Assist with information specific to contractual terms and conditions relating to asset leases during the lease term;
    • Calculate the maintenance provision of the leases are correctly applied and recorded;
    • Monitor that the various MRO/AMO/CAMO functions are correctly applied to the specifics of the lease based on the guidance from the Senior Specialist;
    • Respond to general contractual inquires;
    • Assist with aircraft and major module introduction tasks;
    • Ensure all available, warranties and credits are managed and claimed;
    • Assist with aircraft and major module redelivery tasks;
    • Communicate any operational limitations in the lease clearly to the operations department, ensuring they are managed and enforced effectively;
    • Ensure invoices are correctly processed and escalations applied;
    • Ensure aircraft introduction claims are completed timely and invoiced accordingly;
    • Collaborate with colleagues across Asset Management and other internal departments;
    • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors;
    • Complete accurate and timely month-end reporting to lessors for billing purposes;
    • Ensure accurate reporting of asset management stock. 

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
    • Tertiary qualification in related field (Finance or Aviation related) (Essential);
    • Minimum of 1-3 years’ work experience in a Finance related role(Debtors/Creditors/Cashbook) (Advantageous);

    Operations Duty Supervisor

    Description

    • Responsible to ensure all staff conform to the required standards of services and efficiency;
    • Ensure service providers comply with procedures in place;
    • Monitor the Service provider SLA;
    • Monitor and supervise the daily operations;
    • Continuously improve quality standards;
    • Ensure sufficient staffing levels across all departments, including service providers and internal staff;
    • Responsible for the daily operational planning;
    • Ensure all staff are on duty and in full uniform;

    • Ensure the ground handler is sufficiently equipped with radios, cell phones etc;
    • Report equipment shortages to the relevant departments;
    • Ensure there is enough stock on hand, stickers, manual handling stock etc;
    • Investigate incidents/irregularities and report to the station in charge;
    • Ensure disciplinary action is taken for noncompliance;
    • Address complaints promptly, conduct investigations, and provide feedback in a timely manner;
    • Ensure a detailed handover is prepared for the next shift;
    • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the office;
    • Ensure that the equipment/devices are maintained, secured, and handled with care;
    • Delegate responsibilities as required;
    • Perform spot checks on all internal and external stakeholders;
    • Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
    • Liaise with customers and maintain a visible, accessible presence for both staff and passengers at all times.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent;
    • Travel Degree or Diploma (Advantageous);
    • Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in an Airline/Aviation environment (Passenger Services and/or Ramp Services and/or Baggage Handling);
    • No criminal or credit record;
    • Must be willing to work shifts and on weekends;
    • Airside and terminal knowledge;
    • Must have knowledge of airport operations; Computer literate;
    • Excellent communication skills;
