They are actively looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join their Supply Chain Transformation team in Cape Town. This particular team sits within the company’s fashion department.

To apply, you need to have a relevant IT or Business related qualification coupled with 7+ years’ overall experience of which at least 5 years’ experience need to be in Business Analysis.

You need to have knowledge and/or experience in the following:

• Experience with retail transformation programmes BPA (Business Process Automation), requirement gathering and delivery;
• Knowledge and understanding of Retail Domain;
• Experience in rapidly developing an end-to-end understanding and documentation of existing business operations including processes, operations and application architecture;
• Experience enabling and facilitating the design of an optimal “to be” technology solution for the programme with the Solution Architect;
• Techno functional outlook ensuring the technical capability of the solution delivers the expected business solution;
• Experience identifying the functional capability of the application as well as identifying and proposing a plan for them to be decommissioned; and,
• Strong planning skills in fashion retail.
