Purpose of the Job:
Identify the current state of processes; elicit their useful and harmful attributes; document models of the processes; and facilitate stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new business process designs.
Analyse and identify opportunities for business process design and improvements by using best practice to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities.
