Senior Channel Strategist and Analyst at Nedbank

Job Purpose 

The role will report into the Executive: Nedbank Channel Transformation and will work on a large channel transformation programme. We are looking for innovative, committed, resilient and driven individuals to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate must be driven by a need to make a real difference in everything they do.

Job Responsibilities  

• Responsible for writing strategies for channel businesses
• Research across multiple topics to inform business of the latest trends and possible direction to take across various areas of business
• Develop future operating models to accommodate changing client needs and business efficiency targets
• Develop business cases to determine viability of strategic proposals
• Delivery of strategic project to market when required as the owner of the initiative

Minimum Experience

• 5-10 years’ experience working in a Complex Problem-Solving environment of which 3 -5 years working in an Analytical and Strategic environment
• Experience in developing people transformation strategies would be advantageous
• Basic project management understanding is advantageous
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint. Other skills such as Power BI would be advantageous
