Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):
- Grade 12/NCV4/NSC3/N3 and languages Diploma/Certificate in the relevant function at NQF4 with 120 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
- 2 years billing experience.
Key performance Areas (Summary of functional Outputs):
- Maintain field billing and metering handheld systemprocesses.
- Print and analyse handheld system reports
- Execute corrective actions
- Identify estimated meter readings.
- Provide support.
- Prepare and control handheld system equipment.
- Investigate incorrect bills.
