Senior Clerk - Durban at eThekwini Municipality

Job Purpose    

• To perform clerical duties in the Microfilm Section. 

Key Responsibility Areas    

• Receive and check information on plans and documents for microfilming.
• Capture or insert data on the system and control forms.
• Amend details of microfilmed records.
• Undertake quality control checks against archival and microfilming standards.
• Attend to queries/ enquiries and retrieves and makes available information.
• Maintain activity related and procedural records.

Essential Requirements    

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• 1 Year relevant experience.
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements    

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative certificate.
• 2 Years relevant experience
