Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
Proven experience (8-10 years) in data analysis, preferably within a performance marketing or digital advertising environment.
Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python).
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
Excellent communication skills to present complex findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends related to performance marketing metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to cross-functional teams.
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and efficiency improvement.
Collaborate to define and track relevant metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Utilize statistical methods and predictive modelling to identify opportunities and risks within marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, data analytics tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytical methodologies.
Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for analysis.
