Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Data Analyst with experience in digital marketing to work closely with our marketing team to
Analyze data and generate market and campaign insights
Project manage and execute the data initiatives in the marketing team
Support the research function with demand forecasting
This role requires someone who can take initiative, is a problem solver and team player. While being technically excellent in data tools the ideal candidate should also be a great communicator and consultant to stakeholders within the marketing group.
Key responsibilities
Contribute to marketing and business strategy with qualitative and quantitative data-driven research, analysis, and reporting
Responsible for creating weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports and dashboards that allow teams to understand and optimise campaign performance using tools such as PowerBI/Google Analytics/Data studio.
Implement Google Tag Manager and pixels for campaign launches
Work closely with the technical team to bring all data sources into a CDP for a single-source of truth
Ability to run demand forecasting for Esme’s current and future courses with a high degree of accuracy
Assist with keyword research and identification for SEO and SEM purposes
Run internal segmentation and cluster analysis to understand lead quality
Attribution modelling
Ability to identify the appropriate statistical methods to use in different circumstances
Assist Research Manager in conducting insight analysis using internal and external data, quantitative and qualitative, continuous and ad hoc e.g. customer, user, revenue, product, market and industry - to derive insights that will drive business decisions
Requirements
5-6 years experience in data analytics; specifically digital marketing analytics
Experience with Power BI, Google Analytics, Facebook, and other web analytics tools
Ability to implement and test Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
Excellent Analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
Working knowledge of AdWords (SEM), Search engine optimization (SEO) best practices, CRM programs and online tools.
Proven track record in providing performance analysis in a high performance environment
Comfortable measuring, interpreting and presenting marketing performance data
Experience with common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing, probability, regression)
Programmatic Media/Ad Tech Systems experience a plus
MUST be located in the UK, Spain or South Africa to be considered
