Minimum Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in debt collection or credit control
• 2–3 years’ experience with credit insurance
• Experience working within a legal collections environment (advantageous)
• NQF Level qualification, diploma, or degree (beneficial)
• Strong working knowledge of legal processes, credit risk, and financial statements
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internal systems)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive recoveries on commercial debt portfolios
• Liaise with debtors, clients, attorneys, and insurers
• Manage legal files and ensure accurate system capturing and reporting
• Guide and support Debt Recovery Specialists
• Attend business rescue meetings and evaluate recovery options
• Engage directly with clients to deliver professional, strategic collection services
