Are you someone who can:

• Control expenditure and identify process 
• improvements to contain and reduce costs 
• Identify and utilise opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets
• Creates solutions to meet customer demands Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
• Creates solutions to meet customer demands Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality
• Co-create the digital campaign marketing strategy and develop digital campaign plans and initiatives aligned to strategic objectives and with specific performance measures and control systems to track 
• Create and conceptualise campaign strategy set-up, testing and reporting and ensure effective delivery and performance across digital and social channels
• Ensure successful implementation and delivery of campaigns within budget from inception to close aligned to campaign strategy 
• Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes 
• Manages risks in own area of responsibility
• Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
• Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.
• Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across business areas and  across the group   

You will be an ideal candidate if you: 

• Relevant Degree with specialisation in Digital Marketing 
• 3 - 5 years' experience in a digital campaign environment, of which 1 - 2 years ideally at management level 
• Demonstrate experience leading and managing search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), marketing database email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Experience in optimisation landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Knowledgeable about social media channels (blogs, linkedin, Twitter, others) and capable of effectively leverging them for the content.
• Knowledge of website and marketing analystics tools.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools and tracking & tagging requirements.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills Project management experience is an advantage
