Senior Digital Delivery Technician (Draughtperson) at Surbana Jurong Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Modelling and Detailing
• Revit, C3D, and Bentley implementation for team
• Develop Autodesk templates/ Libraries and tools to maintain standards.
• Programming within Autodesk (Visual Coding/Automation)
• Quality audit on outgoing drawings
• Standardisation of all drawings on the project
• Visualization of 3D models of projects for presentations
• BIM implementation
• Handling all Autodesk troubleshooting and setting up of interfaces in the respective department
• Participating in office technical discussions and project delivery meetings
• Mentor, train, and provide technical support to junior staff.
• Conducting conceptual and detailed design and modelling to prepare technical drawings and documentation.
• Provide practical and economical solutions to project deliverables.
• Applying a deeper understanding of modelling principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems.
• Maintain a high level of Modelling expertise and engineering knowledge.
• Undertake supervisor role and lead on projects.
• Contribute to the overall management and profitably of the functional group.
• Ensure drawings and documentation are of the highest quality.
• Maintain client satisfaction.
• Strictly adhere to SMEC’s Management System (MS), quality standards, and OHS procedures.
• Introduce Graduate Engineers to in-house standards and the practical application of tasks and construction techniques.

Recommended Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Professional Registration in drawing/ modelling (Autodesk certification preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar position
• Some key experience in relevant projects
• Proficiency in Autodesk, Bentley (Substations), or discipline-specific software essential
