    Senior Digital Media Strategist – FMCG - FTC

    Overview

    • We are looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to support a leading FMCG account. This role requires a strong strategic thinker who can lead digital planning across multiple campaigns, working closely with media, creative, and client teams to deliver integrated, full-funnel solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead development of full-funnel digital strategies aligned to brand and business objectives
    • Translate marketing briefs into clear channel strategies and campaign frameworks
    • Define audiences, channel roles, and digital ecosystem approach
    • Guide campaign structure (always-on, bursts, launches)
    • Work closely with planners, buyers, and platform specialists to ensure execution aligns with strategy
    • Analyse performance and provide optimisation recommendations and strategic learnings
    • Align campaigns to KPIs, measurement frameworks, and ROI targets
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated delivery

    Qualifications

    • 6–10+ years in digital strategy / media strategy
    • Strong FMCG experience (highly preferred)
    • Proven experience across key platforms: Google, Meta, Programmatic, and ideally Retail Media
    • Solid understanding of full-funnel planning and performance marketing
    • Experience working in agency environments and managing multiple stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability
