Senior EPM Consutlant – Board Technology at Salt South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of EPM solutions using Board and Adaptive Planning.
• Work closely with business analysts to analyze requirements and design solutions that align with financial planning needs.
• Develop planning input sheets, reports, security setups, and workflows for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Extract, transform, and load ERP financial data, ensuring data integrity and balancing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout of new technologies.
• Create user and testing documentation, ensuring best practices and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of consulting experience in financial planning & analysis or enterprise performance management.
• Expertise in Board and Adaptive Planning (or equivalent EPM tools).
• Strong financial acumen with a BCom Honours in Accounting, Financial Management, or Information Management (CA (SA) preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Modelling).
• Familiarity with multi-dimensional data models and ERP integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliverables.
