RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established construction company in the Western Cape is currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Estimator who is able to join their successful team in Cape Town as soon as possible.
Requirements:
BTech degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 10 years’ estimating and end to end project management experience
Experience in project scoping/BOQ development, measurement take-offs from site and plan, developing material, labour, subcontractor, plant and equipment budgets, compiling project programs and cashflow forecasts
Experience in interim claims, variations, final account management, OHS Management, and Building Contract Management
Strong technical knowledge in the building industry
Proven tendering track record
Valid driver’s license
Presentable and well spoken (bilingual in English and Afrikaans)
Confident with excellent communication skills
Ethical and professional
