• Statutory administration (Tax, Labour, etc)
• Development and management of Project profitability
• management process
• Development and management of Contract profitability
• management process
• Management of the month-end reconciliations process.
• Preparing the monthly balance sheet recon’s
• Processing of bank entries and preparing bank recons in
• pastel.
• Prepare intercompany schedule, follow up on sign off on
• intercompany schedule monthly (Debtors and creditors)
• Processing journal entries, with supporting documentation.
• Prepare and maintain the Fixed asset register monthly.
• Prepare the Vat recon monthly and submit on SARS-efilling
• Submit the PAYE, UIF, SDL on SARS-efilling and submit
• monthly.
• Managing process of pension fund payments monthly
• Managing process of IT14 recon and submission on SARS efilling
• Monthly submission of Recon’s, Tax calc, intercompany
• schedules etc to group
• Responsible for petty cash a monthly recon’s on petty cash
• Send bank balance to Vodacom on a weekly basis.
• Load payment onto the bank to be released.
• Assist with Cashflow forecast.
• Revenue Assurance
• Contract and Project profitability
• Month-end process
• Balance sheet recon’s
• Taxation
• Review and process journals
• Intercompany
•  IFRS Compliance
• Treasury Support

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum B. Com Accountancy (Honours) essential
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Senior finance management role.
• Experience in ICT industry will be advantageous.
